BP-Recyclingsystems GmbH has the know-how of more than 25 years of experience in recycling. Many system technologies have been specially developed for use in
complete systems and have been successfully utilised.
Plant areas such as shredding, dosing, drying, pelletising and bagging are some of the areas that have led to various patents for the Holzmag brand from BP-Recyclingsystems GmbH, some of which
have been sold under licence. The licencees include companies such as ‘KAWASAKI HEAVY INDUSTRIES’; ‘HOSOKAWA ALPINE’ and ‘METSO OY’.
The dosing and feeding systems are all modular in design and can therefore be optimally customised to customer requirements. Various silo technologies are available in the range in order to respond to material behaviour, material quantity, downstream units and machines in the best possible way and to be able to offer an optimum solution.
Hydrosilo
The Hydrosilo consists of a pusher rake and one or more discharge screws for feeding 1 to 8 machines (2 tonnes/h).
Rundsilo
The round silo consists of a base frame with a cone and 1 or 2 discharge screws for feeding or dosing.
Superfeed
The Superfeed consists of a screw conveyor discharge with a high storage volume - 43 m3.
The silo can be used to feed up to 4 systems.
bale conveyor
The bale feeder is used to increase capacity and storage for the automatic operation of a system and is available in different versions
bagging system
The briquette bagging systems have a modular design and can be customised to meet specific customer
requirements.
pellet bag station
The pellet bag stations for filling pellet bags into big bags.
